For 3 to as many as...well, whatever (probably 6 or 7) Hearts is a great game.

The only added rule that I enjoy is the jack of diamonds is -10 points (which in Hearts is a good thing).
The only thing to remember is three or more players can play, and if there are remaining cards they are held until someone breaks suit, then those cards go to that player and are tallied at then end of the game.
