As for Million Dollar arm it's very light, but it's good.

This guy was in so many amazing movies it's kind of unreal, but there are two that aren't his most well known rolls (besides the clip you posted) that I really like.
Millon Dollar Arm - Yes it's Disney, and yes it's sentimental and kind of cliched, but it's good, and Arkin is really good as a grizzled baseball scout who can't be bothered.
The In-Laws 1979 - Absolutely avoid the remake. The original is pretty amazing in terms of comedy. It's up there with Midnight Run for buddy screwball.
